Buildings Wanted !

Such has been the increase of business and the rush of "new comers" to this village since the Observer was started here, that it is now very difficult to procure houses for families to occupy. Several families lately coming here have been subjected to much inconvenience on account of the scarcity of suitable dwellings not already occupied; and from the same difficulty, a number of deserving old bachelors have been compelled to delay matrimony - waiting for buildings to be erected, or for somebody to move out.

If some enterprising individuals would erect a number of suitable and convenient dwellings, of moderate, size, they would readily find tenants, at good rents. These facts are gratifying evidences of prosperity and progress.

The Laundry Will Open May 1st

Mr. J. A. Pollock of Detroit will open the Fenton Laundry on May 1. The reporter is informed that he is an experienced laundryman.
This brings Fenton up to predepression days standard. Not an empty store building in the business section.
